Complete Existing Duplex Conversion to Single-Family.
The existing duplex was built in the 1935's

The layout was redesigned to open up living areas and create a modern flow. Closely with our client we added a modern touch to this house but still keep it integrated to the typical traditional houses in the Broadmoor Neighborhood.
