Design Concept
On this project we only collaborated as Designers. It was a custom designed country house for the Cooley Family on their Ranch in Moulton, Tx. between Houston and San Antonio.
The idea was to keep most living areas and Master Bedroom on the ground floor, but at the same time proposing to use the attic-second floor as open multiuse areas and future rooms.
We proposed to use local country materials, such as, limestone and timber woods . A metal roof was proposed for better weather conditions protection.
