Design Concept
The concept for this project was to create a deli/cafe net, which is becoming a very popular use typology for fast food restaurants.
The formal idea was to propose an organic form that would juxtapose the existing rectangular build-out space provided. This was intended to emphasize the new proposed areas
Construction Process
As a typical procedure for a build-out space in the area. We went ahead and propose all new forms and walls to be constructed of metal light frame in order to have light weight elements and additional be able to the create the organic forms proposed.
