Design Concept
This light-commercial project within the City of Pearland, a Suburb in Houston, Tx, was designed under demanding requirements and supervision from local authorities in order to obtain a building Permit. Therefore, this project had a particular design process from conception to construction plans. The Idea was to create a new working space for the exisitng Condor Auto Center business and their growth expectations. The front part of the building would have the first floor open for public use and second floor for private use. The rest of the building to te back would be completely open as working shop.
The main body structure of the building was proposed out of Steel and metal light frame walls. Overall finishes were Sheet Metal and Conventional Stucco Areas.
