Design Concept

On this project we only collaborated as Designers. It was a custom designed Flip House Project in the flood plain in Houston, Tx. 

We had to fully understand the existing house in order to propose

a full remodel and additions to create a new house.

Foundations were raised to comply with Flood regulations after

hurricane Harvey. Our vision with our client  was the one of projecting something with a modern touch but still be integrated to the typical traditional houses in this well known neighborhood close 

to downtown Houston.
