Design Concept

The homeowners idea was the one of adding on the first floor a studio/exercise room to the back of their house as well as an outdoor patio/summer kitchen. On the second floor they wanted to remodel a back bedroom and open up a balcony to oversee

the also proposed new pool.

Our challenge was, just like any other remodel/addition project, to fully integrate the proposed areas to the existing house to appear

as if it they were always there. Completely blend in.
